Marvel is carving out a strong niche for itself with its young adult offerings, as our data suggests they’re more in-demand than was generally believed. Marvel content is in the top 0.03 percent of TV shows, ahead of series like The Outpost, Orphan Black, and Misfits. It seems safe to assume that both Hulu and Freeform have seen positive viewing figures for their two respective Marvel shows, and that may well be why they’re in favor of a crossover.
