Squid Game continues to top the chart as the most in-demand breakout show. It had 34.2 times the average series demand. However, demand for the series has continued to fall from its peak in October.

Two horror series were among the top 10 breakout shows this week. Chapelwaite, from Epix, continued to rise in demand this week. The horror series built toward a timely finale on Halloween. Chucky moved up one place to become the second most in-demand breakout series. The show rode a wave of seasonal demand for spooky content around Halloween. It is yet to be seen if audience demand for this show will remain high after the holiday as it approaches its finale still weeks away.

Foundation, from Apple TV+ and based on the Isaac Asimov book series, was the 7th most in-demand breakout show this week with 18.4 times the average series demand. Episodes are continuing to be released weekly until the finale on November 19th. The show has already been renewed for a second season. Basing a new show on existing IP like this is often an ingredient for a successful premiere that quickly captures audience attention.
