Hailee Steinfeld has hardly been under the radar for her entire career since her Oscar nomination for True Grit at age 14, but she is having a moment like we’ve never seen since then, as of this past month.
Steinfeld wrapped up her time with Dickinson on Apple Plus with a well-received third season. She voiced the lead in Arcane, the highest audience-rated Netflix series of all time. Now, she’s a breakout star of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with her role as Kate Bishop opposite Jeremy Renner in Hawkeye. And it’s that final project that have rocketed her popularity sky-high over the past week in particular.
Parrot Analytics, which tracks demand for all things Hollywood, including actors, says that Hailee Steinfeld is currently the second most “in-demand” actor or actress in the United States since Hawkeye’s debut.
